Terms of service

The short version of the deal between you and ProfitPlus.

Trial and price

• Every new account gets a 30-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
• After the trial, ProfitPlus is $49 per location per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Taxes may apply.
• No contract. Cancel anytime from Billing & data; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

If you stop paying

Your account becomes read-only: you can still see and download everything, but scanning and counting pause. We don't delete your data without telling you first.

Check what the AI reads

ProfitPlus uses AI to read invoices. It's good, not perfect — that's why every invoice is shown to you to check before it's saved. You're responsible for confirming quantities and prices, and for the ordering and purchasing decisions you make with the reports.

Using ProfitPlus

• Upload invoices and data you have the right to use.
• Keep your sign-in private, and remove staff who leave.
• Don't try to access other restaurants' data or disrupt the service.

The service

We work hard to keep ProfitPlus running and your data safe, but the service is provided as-is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
